To change Lakhs and Crores to Millions and Billions in YouTube:

1. Open your Phone Settings

2. Search for Language and Input option (For samsung users its under General Management tab)

3. Now click on Language Option and You should see English (IN) or English (INDIA)

4. Tap on Add Language, and scroll till you find English (UK) or English (United Kingdom)

5. Select to make it the Default language and the close settings and open YouTube

And it's Done! You should now see the videos views and sub counts in Millions and Billions, rather then Lakhs and Crores.
